  • Maintenance: Savings for you, fast repair times for the tenants. We have many years of experience with same body corporate and the property itself. Properties in the same complex have similar fittings, appliances, failures, paint colours, fault finding challenges. Knowing the insideto the outside provides us with an enormous advantage with huge savings associated for the property owner and fast response times for the tenants. We do have contact with the correct product suppliers and keep hard-to-come-by spares while we have learned to easily identify the cause of problems with equipment. It saves time on repairs and call-out fees. We also attempt to be pro-active and would arrange special preventative maintenance services with external contractors for multiple units at the same time such as aircon cleaning, garage door maintenance, etc. With larger numbers to maintain, these contractors have incentives to reduce their prices and provide better than usual service. Faster maintenance results in happier tenants and happier tenants are looking better after the rental property.

  • Management software: We are using the most effective management software which provides both the owner and tenant transparency via a web portal interface.   • Buying/Selling. We are fully licenced to sell property. Our very low commission and performance are a good reason to check with us first when you want to sell your property.  In any Community Title Scheme it is very important to choose an agent with in depth knowledge of the current Body corporate management situation and their financial status (e.g.  sinking funds, insurances) etc to instil confidence into potential buyers.
